Air Product Reviews App & UGC

Just started using Air Product Reviews, and I’m already impressed. Setting it up was easy, thanks to Audrey from customer support, who helped with the process. The app’s features are exactly what I needed, and it integrates well with my store.

The modules were unpublished due to an unknown/ maybe theme related issue, but Jasmine came to the rescue in less than 5 minutes!

I tried out several other (most popular) review apps before I finally installed Air Product Review. Wish I had done this earlier just to avoid all those frustrations and the waste of time. I love how this app allows me to manage reviews, to integrate with other apps, and to customize its applets on my page. I had a little trouble setting up the star rating widget on several pages, because my theme template does not support this app by default. I reached out to the customer support of Air Product Review, and was connected to Sonny. Kudos to Sonny and the tech team with him, the problem was resolved within a couple hours! And while waiting, Sonny constantly kept me posted about the progress, which was really reassuring. This is definitely one of my best experiences on Shopify so far.

The app seems very promising so far! Hana from the support team has been incredibly helpful and is such a polite and wonderful person. I had been struggling with importing reviews for two days, but when I reached out to support, Hana resolved my issue instantly. It took less than 5 minutes! She also helped me with some videos, guidelines and screenshots to better understand how it works.
