管理画面は英語ですが、直観的な操作が可能なのでgoogle翻訳などを使って対応が可能です。他社のアプリからのインポートも統合性が高く簡単にできました。1000件近い画像付きレビューが2-3分でインポートできる処理速度も非常に早い。さらにカスタマーサポートが日本の営業時間内でも迅速に対応してくれます。私の様々な疑問にCS担当の"Hana"さんが対応してくれました。これからも愛用したいと思います。

Best review app ever easy to use everything is good

I have been installing this app for more than a week now, but the team running this app is not competent at all. Every time you talk to a different person, every time you have to explain the problem again, they should review their organization. Ps: if you have Gempages you will be in serious trouble with them, I recommend other apps

The review app is awesome! Especially, the support team, Esther and Maison helped me during the setup and customising the review block as per my needs. A must have app for all e-commerce stores.
