I was having a hard time deciding on an app for reviews. After hours I finally found Air, and I fell in love! I customized the review template to my website theme.
After a few attempts, I realized may have missed something trying to integrate the widget into the site, so I clicked the "chat with us" link. The chat box pops up like they always do; however, it being midnight I was so tired and needed help quickly.
Esther entered the support chats She was so pleasant and eager to help she solved my mystery within minutes. I walked away from the screen for a few minutes and then I heard this awesome sound, a doorbell like a gift had just been delivered. To my surprise, relief, and joy, Esther had resolved my issue and also added value to my initial request, in less than 15 minutes.

I am very happy with this review app. It works perfectly, lots of incredible features that help the store, such as verified reviews and testimonials. The service team, especially Nolan and technician Nikita, left everything working in perfect condition.

I love this for my website as you can seamlessly set up reviews for your product page. I love the style of the review sections and the ability to send customers reminders to review your products. The customer service is exceptional as well. I needed some help on one of the review widgets and Emily was able to help me very quickly. She was able to do everything I asked for. Had a wonderful experience working with Tiana to troubleshoot importing reviews from my Amazon page. It's best to download the chrome extension for your media to transfer over. Overall this app is perfect for small businesses starting up. They have lots of customizable widgets that you can add to your product page and other pages as additional incentive for customers to buy your product. It seamlessly integrates with your theme settings and looks very clean. I would love to see the carousel implement a setting to only show the reviews with media so that I can showcase my customer's images.

I have been using Air Reviews for a while, I love the design of the different widgets that I can place on my store. It's very intuitive, and easy to use, I love the fact that it's not complicated at all. There are numerous functions and options for the reviews, with different customization choices. By the way, I had a small customization request for my store, and Hana from the customer service immediately replied to me in the chat, her colleague Toby was fast to add the customization I requested, the experience was very pleasant.
