The Air Product app is very successful and made my work much easier, but I had some difficulties, but Esther from the live support team helped me, she was very kind and polite and I thank her for supporting me without getting bored.
I have listings on Amazon but recently made a Shopify store. The big problem was to import my reviews. Air: Product Reviews app made this hectic task so easy for me. In just a click, I was able to import my reviews. Also, the support person Audrey was so humble and helped me to show the star ratings on home, collection and single product pages by inserting the code snippet.
Been using tis product and i can say that its amazing, had some issues for couple of products but their support team is really good and always their to support us !!!
From the first experience of using this app it seems like a well organized app with fast responding assistance personal! Particularly, thanks to assistant Esther for fastly solving my product page issues. The good aspect is that its free and helps for beginers to start their buisness with less obstacles.
The customer service is well organised and easy to understand. My problem was very cooperatively solved by Tiana who seems to be a very nice employee in your service.
Amazing App and great support provided by the team.I was stuck with some customization and Audrey and Maison helped me and within minutes it was up and running as per my expectations. Highly recommended.
