Its integration is flawless, ensuring a smooth transition of reviews to our updated template and product versions.
One standout aspect has been the support team, particularly Esther, who assisted me with migrating our reviews. Her expertise made the process quick and effortless, highlighting the exceptional customer service AirReviews offers. It's rare to find such dedicated support in free apps, but AirReviews excels in this area.
It was really easy and straightforward to install, got it up and running in 30 mins. Reached out to support and Audrey did a great job resolving my issue within minutes!

A quick recommendation: I enjoy reviewing individual products, but I think it would be a neat feature to 'Review' the entire company/store. This way, potential customers can build trust before purchasing a product.

Lydia solved our problem really quickly, instruction was SUPER clear, but I could not understand at first. However, she escalated and give us more clear instruction with pictures and bullet-lists. Which help me A LOT! They are always ready for you to help out, 24/7. Not even small delay.

I was having issues, Hana was quick to fix it, and even walked me through the process in a way that i can do it on my own in the future.
I like this review app because it starts out free and can upgrade it as needed.
