one of the best apps for my store. 10/10 customer service anytime i had a issue they were quick to help me out. Didn't experience any bugs or problems and is not pricey. It also integrates perfectly with my custom theme unlike a lot of review apps I used in the past. Jade especially has been very helpful thanks a lot

Do not download this APP, you'll loose time overtime by doing the work again and again. I downloaded this APP about more than a year ago and at the beginning, a lot of features were FREE. One day to another (without letting us know), they started their paid plans which covered a lot of cool features and erased all the customization that was setup in the APP.

- Before their update, we were able to customize the email sent to the customers, they updated and they replaced it with their generic texts without saying anything. Means one day to another my customers received a generic text. I had less reviews because of that.
- Can't reply to the customers reviews (was FREE before), one day to another I couldn't reply anymore to my customers reviews.
- Translations are not FREE as well

It was a good APP at the beginning and they decided to update everything without letting their customers know about this, and this made me loose time.

I went to another APP which has all the features for FREE.

They have a good customer support though.

A very useful and well developed app with lots of tools and versatility. Customer service support is excellent and has had quick responses and strong communication throughout all of my enquiries.

Love this app. it's very very easy to use with Shopify as well as aesthetically pleasing. And if you need assistance with any of the app features, the customer service chat is amazing and very helpful. I had the pleasure to work with Mirra, she went helped me with my issue, and gave me a tip for the future. absolutely reccomend and If you get Mirra when needing to chat.. consider yourself lucky!

The Air Product Review App has been amazing for my store! I had some challenges installing the review widget, but Jasmine and Andrew from the support team went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend this app based on my experience. I am a new store owner and budget is tight. I am using the free feature for now and the customer service is excellent. I am encouraged to upgrade to the paid features as soon as business picks up. Alyssa has been very helpful and patient with me.
