I was unable to integrate the Aliexpress app with my custom website, so I contacted the support center with Aliexpress (via Messenger) and it did not take long at all for someone to help me. I got connected with a rep (Muffin) and they understood exactly what I needed. In less than a day the issue was resolved PERFECTLY! Just because of the excellent customer service I will extend my free trial into a membership subscription. CS goes a long way when attracting loyal customers kudos to Muffin for a job well done.
This is the best app on Shopify app store. Recommended for all store owner, easy to use and the way they help me make social proof is amazing.
I used this app to remove an app and add reviews to my store. I really like how quick the response time is from customer service. Pauline is amazing! She was able to help me resolve my concerns and answer my questions. Keep it up, Pauline! As for now, I wouldn't change much about the app. it is very easy to use.
