This app is very tricky: be careful regarding the Free vs paid version.
In my case, I installed the paid version for 1 month, then after they release the free version, then I wanted to downgrade. They said I just have to "update" to the latest version which I did. BUT, I still see the charge $9 on my billing and when I contacted them, it is very unclear and unsatisfying customer support. At the end, no solution, no refund, nothing. So I just uninstall it.
In another case, I heard someone was just click on get app but eventually they said he/she installed the paid version which charging him/her $9/month. No refund as well.
So if you have another option, just forget this app, not even an option.
The premium app didn't work properly, with no customer service over the weekend. I will be asking for a refund
It is so buggy and always "hanging"; what a waste of time compiling things for a whole day.
App did not work, empty dashboard. With help from support this was sorted out but then I could not import any reviews. Support this time was longer to reply and when they did I has already found another free app which is much easier to use (bulk importing!), has more features, requires no extra code and worked first time. There are better apps out there imo

Doesn't work. I imported reviews successfully, and it's still showing up as no reviews imported.
Just wasted 2 hours with their customer service for nothing. nothing helps and the app doesn't work at all!!
