LOVE THIS APP Makes my life so much easier. Every Amazon Seller knows how complicated Amazon can be sometimes and here is where Ced Commerce jumps in to help us. Great experience, pretty easy to understand everything but if you have anything that is not clear then the customer service is on the highest level, they'll guide you, have calls with you - 10 times better that Amazon's customers service)))) Love it and recommend it.

good basic function to create product templates and share your listings to Amazon, but there are some bugs to be fixed on the product template filter. Ced consultants are easy to book for calls, in case you have any questions.

We are using Amazon by CedCommerce since the last 4 months. The app integration was seamless. We do face occasional glitches every now and then like the orders not getting synced back with our Shopify store but the issues are promptly taken care by their 24/7 support. My only concerns with this app are that the pricing plans are pretty random. Starting from $15 / month for 100 orders the next plan is $49 / month for 500 orders and nothing in between. There is no option to to sync tracking details back to Shopify from Amazon in case we buy shipping from Amazon or enter the tracking details first at the Amazon store. I hope they will come up with a solution for these issues very soon
