This app has been critical in providing the connective tissue with Amazon. So far we have uploaded nearly 800 products and haven't run into any problems with orders coming through. Their support team has also been very responsive to each inquiry and typically have any types of questions or hiccups resolved within 24 hours.

I highly recommend this service. There were a couple of things I didn't understand completely and it was hindering me from moving forward and uploading my product onto Amazon. The rep helped me. He walked me through the process I needed and even asked me to follow up to ensure my issue that is left is completed so my product can be uploaded. I appreciate you all for having amazing reps and for ensuring we as store owners have help when needed.

This was the best customer service I have received. Mannu was an excellent support and guided me through the process of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel. He answered all my questions and even offered advice about their other services and how to help my business grow on Amazon.
