We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this.
They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded.

They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results.
They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed.

Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.

From using their chat/ticket system/google meet meetings they have been very patient and have worked hard on making sure that all of my integrations have been connected. Excited to use their Etsy and Tik tok App to list all of our products!
