I have struggled getting my products synced through to Amazon for the last year or two. I finally caved to pay for their onboarding service for them to handle it for a flat fee, and I wish I had done it sooner. They promised it will be taken care of and fully on my Amazon store in 7-12 days, and they will provide me with a roadmap on how to do it if I need to add/update products in the future by myself. I had a question on the onboarding side, and they quickly jumped on a call to walk me through what I needed to do to grant them the appropriate permissions to do their job. Very prompt and polite service. Now, I just have to wait and see how it turns out. I will update this if there are any issues, but I don't expect there to be based on what I've seen so far.

We use CedCommerce Amazon Channel to sync all FBA orders back to our Shopify store admin. It's worked well for 2 months (before posting this review) and any questions have been answered swiftly and clearly by the support team. First class !

I'm really enjoying this app. I've been using it to sync amazon orders with my shopify store for a couple years now. The support is always top-notch as well.
Não funciona, o suporte não ajuda, foram 3 dias a perder tempo, onde nada acontece. Não recomendo, é uma perda de tempo, e ajuda ainda diz que tem de ser pago à parte qualquer tipo de integração.
The team at CedCommerce has been incredibly helpful during the migration of our sizeable amazon catalog into their extension. They are very receptive to improvement requests and willing to discuss custom programming to accomplish the specific needs of our store.
The app is very very hard to use, very complicated app. support do not really help. it have lots of missing features and bugs/error. this is the worse app to use. do not really help nor save you time when exporting products to amazon.. there are better options here. I contacted for help to get my producst listed on amazon and the reply was a charge of $3,000+ very ridiculous prices. i am unistalling this app. I preffer to do the lisitng manually my own as this app charges you and do not do anything for you. at the end theres always "errors" and "violations" at amazon that you have to go fix manually.
This is the second app I use from CedCommerce and they are simply amazing. The app saves us LOTS of time, is reliable with inventory and the customer service is always top notch.
They are available for any issues and that makes the difference.

Update: I eventually went for the professional seller account and upgraded my CED membership in order to be able to add multiple stores. I'm still equally unhappy about the large monthly costs, but I experienced problems with the app that fortunately got solved very quickly by the CED support team. The moment I entered the chat, they tried to help, but had to escalate it to the dev team, which solved the issue within the hour. Kudo's for that. I added an extra star for the good customer support. I hope that this is something that is done for everyone, and not just for people who initially left a bad rating ;)
My future experiences with Amazon CED will determine whether more stars will be added!
