CedCommerce Amazon Channel

CedCommerce Amazon Channel has made our Amazon listing process much smoother and more organised. The app makes product syncing and order management easier, helping the whole integration process run seamlessly.

What really stands out is their support team. They guided us from the basics and explained the full process clearly, step by step. Overall, it has been a very helpful and positive experience.

We use CedCommerce Amazon Channel to sync all FBA orders back to our Shopify store admin. It's worked well for 2 months (before posting this review) and any questions have been answered swiftly and clearly by the support team. First class !

Unfortunately the app won't connect, others do but this one just refuses, reached out to support but just got an automated reply.

App did eventually work as it was an issue with their connection to amazon, however the app is unable to create new listings for those in the handmade group

I have struggled getting my products synced through to Amazon for the last year or two. I finally caved to pay for their onboarding service for them to handle it for a flat fee, and I wish I had done it sooner. They promised it will be taken care of and fully on my Amazon store in 7-12 days, and they will provide me with a roadmap on how to do it if I need to add/update products in the future by myself. I had a question on the onboarding side, and they quickly jumped on a call to walk me through what I needed to do to grant them the appropriate permissions to do their job. Very prompt and polite service. Now, I just have to wait and see how it turns out. I will update this if there are any issues, but I don't expect there to be based on what I've seen so far.

Starting using this app instead of Marketplace connect, and not only is the interface SO much easier to use the CED team reached out to me to make everything smooth and easy. Would recommend to anyone trying to list their Shopify items on Amazon.

I tried Marketplace connect first to connect our listing on Amazon but it was impossible to match the products.
Then I tried CED and it worked really great. Thanks to the very reactive and helpful support, we could start to match our products on Amazon. Definitely the best app for the marketplace from our perspective.

The team at CedCommerce has been incredibly helpful during the migration of our sizeable amazon catalog into their extension. They are very receptive to improvement requests and willing to discuss custom programming to accomplish the specific needs of our store.

I work in clothing so there are lots of variants in color, sizes, etc. (I quickly realized this would take a lot of time that I don't have). They are going to do all the hard labor for me and even will file my GTIN exemption for me. Thanks guys!

The interface is colourful and well‑crafted, and it’s obvious significant effort went into building it. It simply isn’t suitable for our site’s needs. Still, their fast replies and attentive support made the interaction feel personal and human. Amazon mapping is indeed a complicated process and I believe this is an easy step.
