I'm really enjoying this app. I've been using it to sync amazon orders with my shopify store for a couple years now. The support is always top-notch as well.

This is the second app I use from CedCommerce and they are simply amazing. The app saves us LOTS of time, is reliable with inventory and the customer service is always top notch.

Be very careful of these lot, i come to the conclusion they deliberately made this app difficult and with problems so that you pay them to help you and it is there job to help clients with issues but they don't, if you tell them an issue they give you basic reply to tell you go do it yourself, so then they can prey on you to pay them, eventually a clients might ask for them to help and they say you have to pay and send you a huge price from 100's to thousand of dollars, it does seem suspicious of a scam this company. not genuine people.

I've only been using the app for a few weeks, but my experience so far has been very good. The support team has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. As someone still getting everything set up with Amazon, it's reassuring to have a team that clearly understands the platform and is willing to guide you through the process. The app is working well so far - has a cleaner UX than alternatives like Shopify Marketplace Connect and the linkages between Shopify and Amazon seem to be robust. I also had a technical problem that support were able to offer a custom solution to fix, which was appreciated.

We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this.
They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded.

They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results.
They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed.

Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.

The Amazon connection by CedCommerce works well. Whenever I have an issue, Raju has been there every step of the way to solve and even share more features that I didn't realize was available. His customer support is what sets this application apart from the others. Thanks Raju!
