Great communication and prompt service. Vishal helped me downgrade my plan since we are testing out Amazon FBA temporarily. This will save our small business $ but keep the information in the app to return in the future.

The application and integration worked well for seeing orders from Amazon.

Creating the templates, syncing products to Amazon, and going through steps to link and update attributes takes a lot of time. We understand this process, but the app would freeze and get stuck at the attributes section. We can not save the work or even save the template so the support team can see the issue. The answers from the support team are always: "everything is good".

Be careful when you try to create the templates. These steps will fail many times and force you to recreate them again and again.

We will update again in a few weeks and see if the app performance improves.

CEDCommerce has worked very well for us syncing Amazon orders to our Shopify store. The support team has been very helpful with answering questions, custom rules and settings, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

I've just gone through a CED commerce implementation for Shopify-->Amazon and I find the tool and support to be excellent. Mannu just assisted me through a complex feature of my integration and his support was excellent. Prompt, professional, knowledgable, and addressed the issue. I highly recommend this solution.

We use CedCommerce Amazon Channel to sync all FBA orders back to our Shopify store admin. It's worked well for 2 months (before posting this review) and any questions have been answered swiftly and clearly by the support team. First class !

No matter what I click on, it takes to the pricing screen to pay for a subscription. I want to set it up first so I pick on free plan and get started. so it takes me back to select a paid plan. It said there is a free plan to get started. Not paying for something before I see it working.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Setting up our Amazon account was quick and straightforward, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The app is very very hard to use, very complicated app. support do not really help. it have lots of missing features and bugs/error. this is the worse app to use. do not really help nor save you time when exporting products to amazon.. there are better options here. I contacted for help to get my producst listed on amazon and the reply was a charge of $3,000+ very ridiculous prices. i am unistalling this app. I preffer to do the lisitng manually my own as this app charges you and do not do anything for you. at the end theres always "errors" and "violations" at amazon that you have to go fix manually.

Unfortunately the app won't connect, others do but this one just refuses, reached out to support but just got an automated reply.

App did eventually work as it was an issue with their connection to amazon, however the app is unable to create new listings for those in the handmade group
