I just downloaded it so I'll have to see how things go. I think this is a great app though, and I really hope it helps with cart abandonment.
One suggestion. I would love it if the Thank You email was just for those who have ordered, rather than those who ordered AND signed up as a customer.
Why? Becasue I would love to have an automated email get sent to only those who have made a purchase, because I'd like to offer them an incentive to give us a testimonial.
I feel like all you would have to do is have 2 check boxes in the thank you email. One for customers (no purchase), and one for customers who made a purchase. You can click one or the other, or both.
We have been using this app for 6+ months for our abandon cart and checkout recovery. Great results! We are now starting to use more of the other features. Customer service has always been great. Previously we used another app with poor results and cost a lot more.
