I started using Apliiq April of 2020 just to try out a new printing service and SEE the HYPE about DTG printing and they’ve definitely exceeded expectations every time….The quality of their garments are amazing and the prints and embroidery… wow I love it. Their customers service is very tentative and gives great support ,but there is one support staff named Peter L. I’ve gotten him more than 5times over this 3 years and every time goes above and beyond for me and my brand …. If you guys get him he’ll take care of you!!!!!!

Apliiq takes special pride in sourcing the best garments available on the market. Apliiq is solely focused on fashion and we know offering super high quality garments is key to having a successful brand.
The last thing Shopify merchants need is another POD vendor offering a "cheaper" Gildan print. Racing to the bottom is not a formula for building long term valuable brands. With that in mind, we are happy to continue offering top quality apparel products for our premium brand partners.
The customers love the quality and they have the best POD prices. Customer service is super helpful when they respond!!!
Thank you so much for leaving a review. Right now we do not offer customer service on Sat & Sun, but we are looking into ways to provide weekend support as well. Support inquiries are replied to within 24 hours and you can get a hold of a real human Mon - Fri via live chat on our website.

I have worked and used Apliiq since Aug 2020. We have enjoyed the services provided and the delivery of my products in a timely matter. If things are done in error, it hasn't taken much more than a phone call or Video meeting to resolve any issues. We are not the biggest clothing line; however, We have not felt at anytime we were minimized or our concerns were reduced because of our revenue. Apliiq is growing and offering more service than even when we joined. The connection with Shopify has made automation seamless for our needs

When pursuing our goal to launch our brand, a few months ago, we were novice to the world of Print on Demand and eCommerce. We were also reluctant, until we discovered the Apliiq/Shopify integration. Apliiq offers a wide range of tutorials and content, on their website, that has made us well informed users, quelling that trepidation we initially faced, when starting.
Since we began our journey, we have booked a "New Partner Introduction" and "Plan Your Next Collection" calls with Apliiq experts. In addition, we have had several live chats and corresponded with Apliiq experts via email and telephone.
The team at Apliiq has always been more than happy to assist and provide us guidance related to Apliiq; and specific topics germane to how Apliiq and Shopify interface.
In a most recent correspondence with Apliiq, I ordered a product via dropshipping. Due to the low resolution of the file, the design did not appear as expected. I reached out to Apliiq and explained the situation, and Pete from Apliiq, called me personally and offered a courtesy remake of the product design.
Pete was also gracious enough to take time and discuss the details of the artwork approval process. This was very helpful refresher.
We've also ordered "samples" through Apliiq, and the quality of the design/print and private labels have been excellent!
