The Appointment Booking Appointo is my favorite application. It made my bookings much more fluid and my life easier. I had a small problem today with new variants not showing and needed fast fix. Karan called me fast and helped me resolve the problem in a minute. In general, the application is easy to use, and I was able to set it up myself with video tutorials.
There are glitches every month or two.
The support is not helpful and they take hours to answer and don’t bother even reading your messages.
I regret using them. Especially for the high price.
They have some good features (when they work) but there are TONS of draw backs.
The most frustrating is the constant problems my staff faces with their dashboard and double bookings which lead to client frustrations.
Extremely inconsistent performance.
This app might be good if you don’t have high volume nor need more than basic functionality.
Working with the app is very easy and helps us better manage our online bookings. Customer service is also very helpful and clear.
