Widget would not highlight for me to turn on so the calendar widget never displayed the customer support pop up reached out saying it was a person but I never received a response back about the widget issue. Although it seems easy the widget button would never highlight for me to turn it on in my store and support never responded back.

Has this app for a while - has a good CS experience - until it gave constant issues on the scheduler button. This button would just disappear and my customers could not book a time to rent my bicycles. This has happened too many times already. And just today, in a meeting with a corporate client, the buttons didnt work. Just like that, I had to excuse myself of the meeting and solve this online with them - and they have no solutions after "seeing" it on their side that it works...

And adding to the misery - This CS guy, Madhav, just wasted my time in real-time operations to solve a booking issue and all he did was trying to tell me the problem back at me instead of solving the issue. He needs to learn from his seniors before doing any CS work.

Definitely changing to another app.

There are glitches every month or two.
The support is not helpful and they take hours to answer and don’t bother even reading your messages.
I regret using them. Especially for the high price.
They have some good features (when they work) but there are TONS of draw backs.
The most frustrating is the constant problems my staff faces with their dashboard and double bookings which lead to client frustrations.
Extremely inconsistent performance.
This app might be good if you don’t have high volume nor need more than basic functionality.

Priyanshu WAS fantastic. He could easily navigate me around the site and answered all my queries promptly. He asked for a review and I left it straight away knowing Id probably forget, I initially left a fair 4* review and then after submitting immediately received a phone call on my personal mobile with him demanding that I take the review down or amend it to 5*! I appreciate you want high ratings but forcing someone is not the way to go about it. So I have deleted this app and gone elsewhere. You have lost a customer and now received an even lower review.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Appointo. The app itself is confusing, and the payment system is a mess. After subscribing, I was unable to cancel or change my plan, even though I followed all the steps.

I reached out to customer support multiple times over 10 days, and all I got were vague responses and empty promises. They said they would fix the issue within 24-48 hours, but no action was ever taken. I had to keep following up with emails and messages, wasting so much time on something that should be simple.

Honestly, I regret ever using this app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY !!!

Contrary to what is written in the app description, this app is not compatible with the Japanese language. While the Japanese translation is surprisingly good, the currency format and the date and time format in the email notifications cannot be changed to the Japanese standard. This limitation renders the app unusable for any merchant wanting to operate in the Japanese market - or East Asian market, for that matter. It's a significant flaw in an otherwise excellent app.
