We tested a few appointment booking apps and Appointo has been the easiest by far. The interface is intuitive, the setup is quick, and it integrates smoothly into our storefront without a lot of back-and-forth. Customer service has also been top-tier. Responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any question we had was answered quickly, and they helped us get everything configured the right way. Great app and even better support.

I've subscribed to this app for over a year, I've had a few problems, however, whenever I reach out someone was always there to help. Honestly, it may take some time due to time difference, but they always respond and do their best. My most recent problem, I was was so frustrated with and Karan help me via a call. he took the time to trouble shoot my problem prior to the call, therefore, I didn't have to even explain once he called, he saw exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away, less than fives minutes the call was over and my problem was solved
