I missed a ton of potential clients due various glitches on this app, from not being able to add new services, to not being able to enable the current ones to work, it cost me thousands of dollars in missed revenue. Their team said it would take 12-16 hours to fix. Not acceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I love using this app to offer my customers virtual shopping appointments! It's easy to navigate, but when I need more help, the support is exceptional. I get clear answers from a human every time I reach out. Highly recommend!

On the APPOINTO free plan, customising the booking calendar to match your branding isn't normally possible. However, Bhagya, a representative from Appointo, made an exception and did this for the House of King Ria during verification. This gesture alone signalled faith in our business's potential, which we will honour by consistently choosing this app. The customer care was excellent, and responsiveness was impressively swift.

I had an issue with the integration of my appointments after I updated my store's Theme. Madhav patiently showed me how I can restore the integration, which was a simple fix! Not only that, he took it upon himself to change the appointment color to match my store's color! How sweet was that?!

I tried quite a few booking apps for a workshop I’m running. As it’s a one-off event (not recurring, at least for now), I found most of the other apps quite complicated to set up and configure properly.

This app was easy to use, the setup was straightforward and didn’t require hours of tweaking. When I needed a small change, I contacted support and they responded quickly and sorted it out without any fuss. Highly recommended.
