I've launched workshops for my business, and this app is working great for getting bookings. I had something I wanted updated (from the default), and they made the update on the backend the same day I requested it. The only thing I wish could change is that if you enable people to join a waitlist, your customers get charged right away - evidently this is because of something on the Shopify checkout process, so can't be changed (at least not with my lack of IT skills). Overall though, it's pretty easy to use once you get through your first one and figure it all out.
This appointment booking app has been a helpful addition to my online store. As someone who offers services that require scheduling, having a system that integrates directly with Shopify has made managing bookings much easier.

For me, this tool is very simple and easy to operate, and even if I encountered a small problem at the end, it was quickly resolved! Less than a second! I highly recommend using this tool if you need to book online~
