Awesome plugin and excellent support.

I've not long installed this app, but in 30 minutes, i've added the booking feature to 3 different products, one with 4 variants. The chat feature is very helpful, the information that was given very quickly has enabled me to have this fully set up and functional within 30 minutes!

Works great for our appointment needs and the customer service is excellent! App is easy to use and setup, works great and looks good on our store front. Easy for customers to make appointments and all the notifications we receive work well too. Would recommend this app to anyone needing appointment availability in their store.

I had an amazing experience (twice actually) with Karan, he was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to not only get our company website to show booking calendars for 3 different services on a single page but helped me with my liquid and .json files. I am a software engineer by trade and even I couldn't figure out the issues I was running into. He was a lifesaver.

I've launched workshops for my business, and this app is working great for getting bookings. I had something I wanted updated (from the default), and they made the update on the backend the same day I requested it. The only thing I wish could change is that if you enable people to join a waitlist, your customers get charged right away - evidently this is because of something on the Shopify checkout process, so can't be changed (at least not with my lack of IT skills). Overall though, it's pretty easy to use once you get through your first one and figure it all out.

I'm very happy with the support I receive from the team, and the constant updates they provide to improve the app. It feels like they listen to our needs and feedback and update things quickly!
