Out of all the loyalty apps, the Appstle Loyalty has checked off all the boxes to build a loyalty program that works. The biggest feature needed was the delay in issuing points for anti-fraud purposes. It's hard to believe that so many other apps miss this crucial feature. We look forward to working with Appstle more in the future along with their other suite of apps. The support is fast and amazing as well.

I have tried 2 apps before and uninstalled them both. Then I found this app. It meets most of my needs:
1. Free plan allows up to 500 orders per month.
2. I can integrate the "acquire points" block to the product page. Although integration to checkout page requires Shopify Plus plan, this is the most generous app I found so far.
3. The support team responds quickly and professionally.
I highly recommend this app.

Would recommend. Had some difficulties getting certain things to work, but dev helped us figure out what we were doing wrong. App seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. Very appreciative of the quick response to our needs.

Honestly I can't recommend this app as it stands, not if you have other options. I am using appstle subscriptions app (would recommend, very good) and this is the only loyalty app that applies points for subscription orders (we don't want to use Recharge anymore).

I believe it will meet our needs in the end, but the setup is such a hassle; everything has to be done individually, you can't apply universal branding/logo/images across all the different customer email templates, widgets, etc. And the wording on the template content is often strange or incorrect - so again you have to update everything individually (you'd probably want to update to brand style anyway, but if you wanted to get up and running quickly you can't rely on the original template content as a starting point).

I did a trial with Smile before realising the subscription orders couldn't be awarded points and the setup is 100 times easier.

You get a quick reply from the help desk so that helps. Overall I think it's a new app and they haven't really set it all up well enough yet. Hopefully anyone choosing it in future will have an easier run!

We have already added Universal Settings, although it does not yet support all the fields. We are working on adding support for more fields, and you will see them available in the next few weeks. We will also be releasing a newer email template version very soon.

We've been through the ringer with a couple of the well known entities in the loyalty space. After being tired of constantly feeling like we were getting gauged on price and then being provided with lackluster support, we gave Appstle a try and WOW! I am so glad we did. So far, the price is more than fair and the support is unbelievable. We've needed a little help getting familiar with the app, setting up our program and moving existing points over form another platform. The team at Appstle has responded immediately to every request and gone above and beyond to help us even with the little things. Very happy customer here.
