If there where 15 stars, I would select all 15! This team of professional experts. is very dedicated and did such a good job of installing my Loyalty system. Which I must say works Top notch! Nancy who led me through the installation, is not only very Knowledgeable but dedicated to provide complete customer satisfaction - well done - the team as a whole got the system up and running in time. We use Appstle Subscriptions and have had an excellent experience. When looking to migrate to a new rewards program from Smile, we found Appstle Loyalty and Rewards. Knowing that we'd receive the same level of superb customer support, it was a no brainer to us which program to choose. They quickly respond to our questions and go above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that arise. The migration process was so simple and required little to no effort on my part. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!

Their customer service team is available 24/7, so I can always reach out to them whenever I encounter problems. The most amazing part is that I requested to add a function for free shipping on orders over a specified amount, which wasn't initially included when I was learning how to use their app. However, they got back to me and informed me that they had added this function just after a weekend, when I returned to the office on Monday. I was thrilled to see how quickly they could act! I've tried other loyalty apps as well, and whenever I inquired about a function, they always said, 'We will address your inquiry to our development team.' Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I truly appreciate how promptly they respond to my questions. This is a much better experience than any other app I've used before. I will definitely recommend this app to other store owners I know!
