I needed assistance migrating from my old system to Appstle Loyalty and was greeted with very friendly and efficient customer service who updated me with every step and let me know when it was complete. This was super helpful and easy. The efficiency made the transition so easy and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had to

Relatively easy to set up. Allows you to set up a multitude of reward and redeem scenarios. Had one issue since signing up, but tech support was straight on it.

A really helpful and responsive team, and a great product for the price point. We were using a considerably more expensive platform, and this one is much better value for money.

I just installed and am getting going with it but so wonderful so far! This app has everything I needed for a fraction of the price of my previous app. The amount of users/customers/ orders is the kicker for me, plus the features included even in lower priced plans. The customer service has been amazing! So much help easily and quickly. That has been a life saver!

I really appreciate how much this loyalty app has to offer. Plus the responsive help from their support! Jackson was fantastic helping me get the colors and customizations set just how I hoped. Very excited for my customers to begin enjoying their rewards.

Just migrated from another company's app, and their customer service representative KATE handled everything for me. She was very efficient and provided attentive service. All my requests were handled promptly. The migration experience this time was excellent and unforgettable. The overall functionality of the app is comprehensive. I recommend everyone to give this app a try.

At first look, I was excited about this app. Unfortunately, there have been issues. First, the migration of our loyalty list did not work and they told me I didn't do it. (I did, it said it was in progress and that it would take time, but it never happened). Then they said they would do it for me so I sent them the list. It took them days to get around to it, while I had to tell customers their points were temporarily unavailable. When they finally did get it done, they applied the total earned points over all time as the available points, exposing our company to significant potential losses. They said they're going to fix it, but I'm helpless unless I choose to just abandon this app, which I'm about an hour away from doing unless they get this fixed. As of my experience so far, I would caution anyone considering this app. I may change my opinion over time and if they get this resolved right away, but this could cost our company significantly.
