Great live chat, it's very attentive! I haven't been using the app too much, but it's easy to set up, and works great.
The app is easy to install (not an advanced user here) and seems to work fast without slowing the website.
Jon from the Support team was great - he even gave me website advice outside the direct question, and of course, resolved the initial confusion.
