The customer service is great overall. I have worked with over 3 different people and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish they were available 24/7 but they always responded within 24 hrs. There were several glitches with the product upload process and the CEO reached out to me and heard my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised about this and also talked to Yagel as well. They were very undestanding. The glitches were fixed in a timely manner. I have used a lot of Shopify apps and have never had this happen before. So that meant a lot.
