I have just started using Auto DS and so far it seems that it will be beneficial to my dropshipping business.

After scheduling a call to speak, where we had an extensive conversation, we were able to employ the app. Dorina went above and beyond and answered every question we asked, as well as providing us with information that was useful for a potential dropshipping partnership. Outstanding service and we are now utilizing the app to add a few thousand products to out store. Thank you, Dorina. Hope you get some snow soon.

Downloaded this app over one month ago and reviewed tutorials. Started importing Amazon products into the store, however after importing over 100 items and then reviewing to place live every item was out of stock and the purchase price for each product was much higher than stated on the product page. For instance, a clock that was supposed to cost $14.86 to purchase once imported as a draft stated the cost to purchase was $133.46. On top of that it stated out of stock and when I researched the Amazon number it was not even listed on Amazon any longer. Also attempted to pull in products from Wayfair, however, it was a complete disaster. If they spent as much time on ensuring the app works as opposed to making tutorial videos this app may be worth something. As of now it is unusable unless you only want to sell products directly from AutoDS direct suppliers.

Very expensive app that does not function as advertised.

In the rare incidence I had a billing issue, the AutoDS support specialists responded promptly within 12hrs after raising a ticket. My issue was resolved professionally and quickly. I paid for an entire year. They cut access after a month and ask to pay again. It's really hard to get in touch with anybody. The customer service is non existent. They already took almost USD$600 from me for the year, and now I cannot find anyone to reactivate my account or give me my money back. They are acting like a scammed company , taking people money and not giving them time to use the service they pay for.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would because that's what they deserve.

This company is a scam. i want my account reactivated or I want my money back. But no one would respond me.

If I could attach screenshots here to show the money I paid I would, yet, they still cut access to my account and it's been over a year.

Shopify should investigate this and remove this company from the app store because they're only in it for themselves to take or better yet, to rob people trying to make a living.

So far so good. I will admit there is a learning curve and as of now I've only had the app for a couple of days. I'm looking forward to becoming an expert on this platform. I'm excited to get my first purchase.

Site loads a little slow on pc (i have cutting edge pc and internet) but its better on mobile. Their staff is incredibly helpful and all of my tickets have been addressed kindly and in quick fashion. I purchased the winning products portion as well which gives great insight into competitor and selling analytics to help me choose products for my ecommerce store. 9/10 solely for how long it takes the website to load products on marketplace.
