I'm giving it a 4 star because with this app, I can easily source and import products to my store, I also do not have to go through the stress of fulfilling orders, the app does all that, and it's quite easy to use. The support team, though they are quick to respond to issues, and are quite patient, seem to rely too much on automation and do not seem efficient enough in resolving issues, they should learn more about solving issues that have to do with automation.

Its a good app overall, But they should reconsider their prices too. A bit expensive as other alternatives are available. Still if u are not a startup store its value for money

It was confusing to understand exactly what is being offered but the Auto-DS chatter (Shalauddin) helped me by having patience and answering my questions and clarifying my confusion.
I do feel that some things need to be fully explained for a newcomer like myself, but we got through it.
Newcomers understand that you need to purchase separate plans for each Store platform you plan to sell on (Amazon, Shopify,etc) and there is full fulfillment on some platforms and not all.
So basically you purchase 2 plans (Starter & Auto Order) per store for the full fulfillment services being offered.
