This was my first time setting up Avada GDPR Cookies Consent. Iris was so helpful. She walked me through each step. Using screenshots she was able to send me examples of what I should be looking for and I was able to show her the screenshots so she could tell me if I had completed everything correctly. Ethan from the support team was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with Google's EU User Consent Policy compliance and duplicate cookie banners on my Shopify store. He quickly identified the problem and guided me step by step to fix everything — removing the duplicate Shopify native banner, configuring the regions correctly, and advising on the correct settings for GCM V2 and Meta Pixel given that I use a third-party tracking solution. Issue resolved in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
