Had a really great, fast and fluent experience with the support team. I appreciate the help even though it was a small issue. I was having an issue with making the cookies bar actually pop up on the website. Although it was a very simple fix, stupid even. I had an issue with the cookie banner occuring again and again even when clicking on "Accept" or "Deny". Luckily, I got help from Prakash regarding my issue. His reply was very fast. The issue has been forwarded to the technical team. Now, I just have to wait until the issue is really fixed. Thanks to Prakash for the nice communication. Thumbs up!
