I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.

This app has everything you need to manage a B2B kind of business. But beyond the flawless features, the team is always available and skillfull, always ready to fix any problem. We have been using their service for some time now. Their support is quick to respond and trying their best to solve the issues raised. They helped me install the app when I couldn't. App is easy to understand.

Although I am missing some features I wish is resolved in the future, which is more about shopify's issue. What I mean is that the product that is hidden shows up as a blank space on collection page and you have to scroll through multiple pages before you can see a product which is not hidden because of product sorting.
