It's not the perfect solution, because you have to assign coupon codes for the wholesale customers through the app. Your wholesale customers can't use "normal" Shopify coupon codes while using this app, which most rewards programs incompatible. (Because most rewards programs create coupon codes when someone redeems their points, but these codes are regular Shopify codes that wholesale customers can't use.) After a lot of experimenting with many apps, we have found a reward program that will work alongside this app - a reward program that uses gift cards instead of coupon codes. It's not the ideal solution for us, but we have adjust and it works fine now. The support always gets back to you within a day and is very helpful, and the app has a lot of features. Overall I'm very happy with it.

2. They provide efficiency support, even if it's only a simple issue from my end
3. This app is easy to install and set all things up.
4. This app has many useful features for a wholesaler. (For example, if you want to set up a customer tier, it's more than that.)
5. The layout is clear, and easy to find what I want
6. My mother tongue language is Mandarin, and the IME works smoothly when I type in Chinese-Traditional
(I've faced issues when I tried to type in Chinese-Traditional on other apps. But this app didn't.)

I used this app for 2 projects and I can say it works great. Great technical assistance, fast and accurate with Emma and the technical team (Vu Phi Hung and Duong Thai Huy).
We have implemented this app to show quantity breaks when a certain number of products is in the cart, e.g. order 21 cases or more and receive 10% off. Support was great and Jennie helped me troubleshoot all teething problems in record time. A great experience and I highly recommend this plugin.

App which one solved our b2b problems with our wholesalers. We can set discounts depends on clients identify even for guests which is amazing.
