This app is a must have! Does exactly what it's supposed to (which is make me more money!) Best thing about this app is the support, if you have any issues they are fast and friendly. We recently did a major re-design with a custom theme and needed help with the BIS integration, Matt was there every step of the way. Can't recommend enough.

If you're manually e-mailing your customers whenever you receive new stock, you're doing it wrong. Hands off approach with a great template editor and Klaviyo (or Mail Chimp) integration to capture new e-mail subscription leads which is a bonus. Matt was great in supporting us for the install!

I need to say this here - Ive never had a better customer service experience in my life. I am not a techy, and needed a lot of guidance to install this app, and make it work with my other running apps. The team was very prompt and walked me step by step. Impressed!

We installed this app a few days ago and already paid off. We were looking to integrate the notification button in a specific way that was not possible from the settings. After contacting the support to check if it's possible, I have been told that a dev will contact me back. Within the next hour, a Friday, I received an email telling me that it has been setup.

Easy setup and awesome customer service!

We used to collect emails through our theme. Then we’d have to go back through them to find the email addresses and then finally create emails to send to the customers. This solves the problem really well. James was particularly helpful answering questions so we could make this work for us. Really nice app, saving us lots of time, and converting customers.
