This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. We recently encountered an anomaly and reached out to their live chat assistant for advice and a possible explanation as to why our alerts were appearing more frequently. I was connected to Leslie H and her attentiveness and personable approach gave me all the answers I was looking for - She even explained things a couple of times over just so I made sure I understood! Exceptional customer service and a pleasure chatting to!

I'm happy with the function of the app, and the price is fair for what it does. I needed some support and ask the support team for assistance with activating the app embed in a new theme we used, and bang! After I got back from lunch, it was done. Back in Stock works great & integrates easily into Shopify.

It's a great resource to notify customers when items that our out of stock are restocked & looks clean on the website.

The Back in Stock team is quick to respond to customer inquiries and respond quickly to the Chat Feature. Thank you Leslie for helping update our theme to make it look cleaner online.
