We are very pleased to be back with back in stock after temporarily going across to another pre-order app that also offered a back-in-stock function.
Back in stock provides excellent functionality, ability to communicate effectively with potential customers and valuable statistics.

Have used this app for quite a while and it's always been reliable, and has definitely helped to let customers know when products are back in stock, and subsequently we have received purchases for those products. Reasonably priced too!

Warning! If you expand and sell from different locations, this app will not work for you!
We noticed restock alerts were being sent to our customer waiting list for location A even though we never restocked anything for that location.
Makes the whole app pointless and customers even more frustrated as they still cannot purchase. This is definitely not a feature you want and should have been pointed out when installing the app.

We have had great success using the Back in Stock app. It customers love it too. We import British Food and we cannot always keep everything in stock all the time, so this has become a vital tool for us.
