Would highly recommend! Quick help over email when I had a formatting issue. The app has been great in driving more sales after we have sold out of an item.
Generally a very good app. We have been using it for a few years. It works well 99.999% of the time, which is better than most. Once in a million, it does send an erroneous message when the item in question is not back in stock but a message is generated and sent anyway. We tried working out what was causing the error but couldn't pinpoint the problem. As it has only happened on a few isolated instances over the course of a few years, we would still recommend this app overall.

Does what it says and does it well. Custom script integrations are available for stores with themes not present in the dropdown menu of the theme integration settings. Contact Back in Stock for help if a custom script is needed.
I love the fact that I can create automated push notifications, emails, or SMS when a product is back in stock. Although I wish the UI was a bit better. Never the less, worth a try.
