This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. Great app and even better support. We ran into an issue that was likely more related to our setup than the app itself, but Jall and Zeus stepped in right away and got everything sorted quickly. Super responsive, easy to work with, and they really know their stuff. The app does exactly what we need for back-in-stock notifications and integrates well with our setup. Highly recommend.
I'm happy with the function of the app, and the price is fair for what it does. I needed some support and ask the support team for assistance with activating the app embed in a new theme we used, and bang! After I got back from lunch, it was done. What stands out most is their support. The team is very responsive, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful when issues come up, which to be honest is not often as the app is very robust. We had a situation that required using a custom domain, and they were great in working through that with us and getting it set up properly.
The reporting is also excellent and gives us good visibility into product demand.
