We’ve had a really positive experience with AMP Back in Stock.

What stands out most is their support. The team is very responsive, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful when issues come up, which to be honest is not often as the app is very robust. We had a situation that required using a custom domain, and they were great in working through that with us and getting it set up properly.

The reporting is also excellent and gives us good visibility into product demand.

Spoke with Leslie who is an amazing customer service rep, but the app itself is only 4 stars as of right now I cannot add to the Back-in-Stock alert list after the latest update.

The Back in Stock app automatically does what we have been doing manually for years. It has saved us a lot of time and energy notifying customers when an item is back in stock without us having to do a thing.

Really great, well-built app. Handles the basics reliably and includes powerful extra features that truly set it apart. Support is excellent - had a small issue with the back-in-stock button not displaying correctly on variants, and James H. resolved it within seconds. Definitely a five-star app.

The app has worked great so far. We did have a problem where notifications were accidentally sent out despite inventory not yet being available but their team jumped on the issue and resolved the issue.

One area of improvement needed: If you have a product page with variants, the UI doesn't make it clear to the user that they can click on the variant for which they want a notification. If the developer could add a simple dropdown indicator, it would be much better experience.

The app works very well even though we hit the caps early and often. (you get what you pay for in this case) The app has worked without issue for years. When we have had issues with something not appearing on the page, the service team has solved the integration issues very quickly and reliably.
