Super helpful and easy to use app and when we needed a custom option set up with the app, their customer service was quick, wonderful, and helpful. So nice to not have to notify customers manually when we resupply- we just get more orders automatically when customer gets the notice that their item is in! Highly recommend !
This app allows our customers to be immediately notified when the product they are looking for is back in stock. The only thing i'd like if it did differently is share the rights and the email addresses with us to add to our CRM campaigns for ongoing marketing but I know there are data privacy concerns. We have been using this app on both of our stores for many years and never had a problem!
Great support and easy set up!
We've used this app for years with no issues. I only recently noticed it wasn't working and contacted the guys through the online chat. They got back to me in about an hour to say it was working but we had another back in stock notication set up that wasn't and as this one was below it, people we not using it! So once we worked it out, I turned the other one off and we are now back to working perfectly! Super stoked to have the issued worked out! Highly recommend!
