Obtaining Rewind services is really a no-brainer. These guys make my life so easy, no headache, no hassle.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Give them a shot, I promise it will be the best decision you made for your business all year.

Rewind is one app that I wouldn't do without! The peace of mind just knowing that my store is regularly being backed up, and the totally affordable monthly fee and then to top it all off, the awesome and very prompt customer service! Just get it, you'll be glad you did!

Highly recommended. This is a no-brainer app, the basic version is free and it backs up all aspects of your store. This isn't just to prevent against hackers, but if you make a mistake in the code, or want to revert to a previous product description. It's one click to do this. This is a must-have for any store owner.

Installed Rewind on two of our sites and can now sleep at night. Although I haven't had a reason (thankfully) to restore anything yet, I do see in the feature set that I can easily do so should I need to. (I did do a little test to make sure, hence the 5 stars). Support team is also very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need peace of mind.

Our experience with Rewind has been fantastic! It's easy to install, the dashboard is very user-friendly and restoring is quite painless. We sleep easier at night knowing that most of our store data is securely backed up in the cloud - we can confidently work on our theme knowing that any accidental changes can quickly be recovered. The customer service team is friendly and is always quick to respond. We highly recommend this app! Thank you Rewind!

Up to date, I am really satisfied, although I have not had the chance to use it yet (which is what we want, of course!). But the app seems to be really good, it looks really easy to use and the site is uptaded frequently, and you do not have to think of doing it (contrary to my previous sotre, which I had to do it myself). The support seems great and they seem to be there if we have a problem or when the time comes to use this app. For the price, I found it amazing !

This app really does what it says it will do. Adding the app to the store was easy. My new migration hyper-inflated my order number and choice of plan. I signed up anyway. I figured that at some point in the 7-day trial period, I'd sort things out. Turns out I didn't need to add that to my iPhone calendar. A customer service representative responded super promptly to an email asking for assistance and he adjusted my plan. One less thing to worry about. While waiting on my first backup, the onboarding process included animated training on the features of the site and how to restore both single items and the entire store. Super pleased.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this app. After years of paying for their service, I discovered I had been overcharged more than 50% above the publicly listed plan price for nearly 80 months. The company never informed me of this “silent” price change, and when I raised the issue, they insisted it was correct — despite their own archived website and Shopify App Store listings proving otherwise.

To make matters worse, they recently announced yet another price increase, even though the first one was never communicated transparently. Their explanations shifted, citing plans that simply never existed, which only undermines confidence further.

This kind of billing practice feels dishonest and predatory, especially toward long-time customers who trusted them. After this experience, my trust in this company is completely gone. There are other backup apps available on Shopify that offer the same features at the advertised prices — I’d recommend exploring those instead.

We're sorry for your frustration. To clarify, this is the first price adjustment in many years and we communicated it clearly. We have not raised prices silently. Ever. That's not how we operate.

This is the best insurance that one can purchase for their website. We had several scares in the past with coding get messed up by various apps, etc. I no longer need to have anxiety over this now that we have back-up of our site always available. You shouldn't hesitate.
