Works great so far, ver happy with this app!
I am very forgetful when it comes to backing up my files. Knowing that my store is backed up automatically every day is a comfort to me. I can spend my valuable time working on my store knowing that backups are created automatically. Thank you, Rewind Backups.
Be aware of this app. I have subscribed with the Growth plan $5/month for a while. However it didn't notify me and just silently increased the fee to $49. Check your apps constantly to avoid extra changes.
Thanks for your review of Rewind. We do ask that customers be on the right plan for stores of their size, however it's not possible for us to silently increase the fee to $49 / month - all charges for Rewind have to be approved as they go through your Shopify invoice.
In addition to this, we have a simple and fair refund policy - if you're not happy with the service, just email us and we'll refund your monthly charge. We're focused on making a great service that people love - if that's not the case for you please let us know.
We'd been winging it without backups for most of a year. After another app deleted our inventory (making for a horrible hour or so madly adding everything back), we installed Rewind. Fortunately, we haven't had to use it as yet, but the peace of mind just knowing it's there should it be needed, is very welcome.
Seamless and easy to implement. We now have a piece of mind knowing our data is backed up.
Great way to achieve peace of mind. I am about to upload a new theme, and also had a VA working on adding additional products into my site. Rewind gave me peace of mind during this process that I could always retrieve my store during new themes, product uploads, etc.
