Easy to use, easy to install, personal care and support already after only being a Customer for 3 days. Makes me worry a lot less knowing i have this service ! Thank you Aditya Shah for answering all of my questions and helping me to understand how the back up works and restore's

Excellent support. Install was quick and easy and we are up and running with backups in minutes. Surprising that shopify does not really support backups or redundancy other than catastrophic failure. This apps gives us peace of mind when making any sort of change, installing new apps, or working with programmer/contractors which we often do. Did not realise just how vulnerable our storefront was until now. Thank you

Just signed up last week. Had a little issue. Support got back to me right away and the issue is fixed. Great customer service which is rare these days! Just as an fyi, Issue was not with the back-up itself. I was on the wrong plan and just needed to be on the right plan.
Rewind informed me that I was eligible for a smaller plan, something you don't see that often, great service!
I am new to shopify. I came from Wordpress/Woocommere and was looking for an all-in-one migration and back up-app like you have in Wordpress.
I tested this one but the backup did not contain all the settings I needed.
In the 7th day of my trial, there was suddenly the bill of 79 euros. Oops, I was planning to cancel, but not clear how to stop the subscription. I contacted shopify, but now by coincidence I was too late.
In fact I do not need the app for the upcoming month at all, because my shop is pending and not ready to go online yet.
I contacted Rewind, told them all of this and asked for a refund. Their response was, I was out of the trial period, so they can just charge me.
I think this was not really emphatic, rules are rules, but sometimes people are beginners and make mistakes. I answered them to reconsider, because I read previous reviews that they do sometimes refund if someone is not satisfied. I am still waiting for their answer. If things change I will update.
