The day we realized Shopify did not back up our data struck a chill through our bodies but luckily we read about the Rewind app and realized it would take care of us in case data was deleted by accident. With thousands of products and multiple images per product the thought of having to reenter our site would have been too large a project to comprehend and considering the monthly cost of the app was so low, it took seconds to sign up.

I always install this app in my personal projects, and I also have my clients install it. I believe it is essential for any serious business to have an automatic backup of everything, so that they can recover a very recent version of only what is necessary at any given time. company violates shopify subscription policy, and makes cancellation nearly impossible. Had to reinstall and go through a process that was not previously available to "uninstall". I have sent countless emails requesting cancellations and they still charge our account. I also had to reinstall the app just to leave this review, and now will uninstall.

Danke für dein Feedback. Wir haben die Preise vor Kurzem erhöht und uns große Mühe gegeben, diese Änderung sowie die Gründe dafür offen mit unseren Kund:innen zu kommunizieren. Eine 1-Stern-Bewertung wäre verständlicher, wenn wir versucht hätten, die Preiserhöhung heimlich durchzuführen – aber wir respektieren deine Entscheidung. Entschuldigung, falls diese Übersetzung nicht gut ist.
