A powerful solution. A number of things about this app have helped us achieve our goals of offering a personalized experience for our website. It has completely changed the game for us because we get to create custom attractive messages at the cart area - it's so so powerful for us to drive more conversions! The app is good, and the support is very helpful. However, for some reason you can add only a text banner. There is no option to add a picture of my choice instead or together with the text, which does not make sense.
I asked support about implementing graphic banners and they initially said that they were working on it, but a few days ago another person from support said that this feature is not on the horizon.
Overall, good app. Stable good performance. I still hope graphic banners will be added as an option and I'll be happy to update this review to 5 star.

UPDATE TO YOUR PREVIOUS REPLY: I really want to have the option to add a picture instead of simple text. Updating the icon is not enough. I need an option to add images. It gives more flexibility and works better from an advertising perspective if a customer sees a picture with text instead of just text.

We've been using Because for about 4 months now. The interface for creating campaigns is really simple to use, the A/B testing and stats that you can see with campaigns makes it easy to see what's working and what isn't, and the Because team has been so helpful with any questions we've had along the way. Really happy with the experience!

The Because Page Banners is a fantastic app! It looks nice, adds tremendous value to your product pages and the customer support was fast, easy and very helpful!

The app is very flexible and lots of new features are constantly being added. The rules engine enables targeting of the right products and audiences. The app allows stacking of multiple messages/banners on the same product page. Lots of out of the box templates ensures non technical folks can get up and running very quickly. The support team is great to work with if you have questions or need help with more complex use cases.
