We have been using this app for many tools for our website. Never had any problems with customizing or set-up; totally easy to follow instructions. Their tools make our store look very professional. Highly recommend anyone to get started with this app.

So far, so good! I switched over from another contact form because an increasing number of folks were reaching out to me on facebook saying they were unable to find contact information on my website. I hope this switch fixes that problem. I was able to get it to work quickly, and it's appearing across all my devices, but since it has only been installed for an hour or so, I haven't received any messages yet ;-)

update years later in 2024: I've had a great experience using Zotabox, so far! The EU cookies notification feature is what drew me there initially, but have found the customizable contact form and the alert pop-ups very helpful, too. Thanks!
