Created contact form on Contact page. Was able to personalize it, make it pretty and load it up without any issues. Using free version and it is doing all that I need it to. Love it.

I installed the app, however a I did not have a chance to change the color according to my picture design. In other features it works fine!

I just installed it a few minutes ago. I can say it's easy to use and it is working fine. Hope there is no spam in the future since there is no captcha form.
