BetterDocs is the only app on Shopify that allows you to build a truly robust knowledge system. You could use alternatives like chatbots and sequential systems, but the fact is, most customers would rather just search a traditional index. That's what this is. It's efficient, practical, and effective. There were some features I wish were on BetterDocs when I downloaded it. But here's the thing: BetterDocs isn't exclusive to Shopify. And the features I do want—exist on other platforms like Wordpress. So, when I emailed them with my wishlist, I believed them when they said they were working on it. For an idea of where this program is headed, we just have to look at those other platforms where it's later in its development. It's a good app. It does what it says on the tin, and the customer service is quick and knowledgeable. Try it out.
