So far so good! I haven't onboarded any influencers just yet. We did a test account and it seems pretty self explanatory. Thank you BixGrow for all of your thoroughness, attention to detail and really going above and beyond to create a platform that makes this process fun and exciting. Muy buena aplicación, puedo crear diferentes grupos de afiliados según comisión. Puedes elegir entre añadir bono descuentos o no. Me gusta mucho porque es muy personalizable en muchos sentidos. Es muy completa, Sobre el soporte: tuve un problema y enseguida me lo solucionaron a través del chat y en español.

I have done very detailed work to compare the various app to manage affiliates. First, discard some apps that are really expensive and then select a few more accessible for a small store. After comparing features, and installing some, BixGrow wins hands down. The backend infrastructure is modern, friendly and pretty customizable. The interface for customers and affiliates is also very appealing and user-friendly (on average my users are not very techy so this was very important for me and that's why I discontinued 2 apps I used in the past). Customer service is excellent, I have chatted first with Quinn and then with Pam and cleared my (long) list of questions pretty easily. Ended up purchasing the PRO plan immediately. The value is huge and I am sure it will repay super fast.
