The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process.

She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done.

Truly great support, they have helped me from start to finish, importing points and customers from my old system, integrating with the store, and when i had some issues from shopify they helped me track down the issue and fix it. I use POS and web for this program and they have made it work wonderfully for my staff and my customers.
