1年ほど使っています。導入当時からバグや不具合でトラブルが多かったのですが、他に似たようなアプリがないため導入しました。

1年経っても運営に致命的な不具合などが続いています。
一度導入すると移行なども容易ではないので、おすすめしません。

・ランク別の顧客セグメントはshopify側に反映されないため、その内容を毎月レポートで送ってくれるというが、リマインドしなければ送ってこない
・送ってくるデータの形式も違うことがあるし、ランクが間違っていることもあり、毎回手動で確認している
・shopify退会済みで個人情報を削除した顧客(ダミーアドレスになっている)がデータが紛れている
・shopifyで個人データ削除ずみのはずなのにポイントメールを送ってる

I’ve been struggling to get everything integrated. While I was chatting with someone for assistance, they logged off in the middle of our conversation. When they finally returned, they mentioned they were extremely busy. Then logged off again. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

POS Users BEWARE!!! I thought this app was great. They even have a feature to connect the Shopify POS to allow customers to earn points and claim rewards at the register.
