We've been using this app on our Shopify store for some time now, and while it offers a range of useful features and improvements, the biggest advantage by far is the customer support team.

They’re always responsive, kind, and ready to help with tailored solutions – no matter how big or small the issue is. It's truly the only app we've found that offers such a high standard of support.

Absolutely love this app! We switched over from another loyalty app, which had very limited features and was very expensive. It didn’t perform the way we wanted and didn’t allow us to build customer loyalty the way we wanted. We decided to switch over to BON as it had more features and was more affordable. Maxxie and Mia were absolutely amazing and provided the best customer support! They were able to resolve issues we had and help us customize the app the way we wanted. General customizations were free, and more complex customizations had an additional charge - however, it was very reasonable. We are so happy and excited about using this app, and have added to all 4 of our stores! Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with this app! It is easy to use, quick to set up and has many different customization options. The biggest reason we rate this with 5 stars (and would go higher if possible) is the tremendous customer service and technical support. Cara and Mia have both gone above and beyond for us and were incredibly kind on top of everything. Cara had to deal with a myriad of random questions and hypothetical situations from me yesterday. She patiently walked me through each step, explaining not only how to deal with the situation, but also options for different ways of approaching our concerns. She also connected me with tech support on a theme issue and it was updated within minutes. Chat support can be challenging and these two lovely ladies made us feel understood and valued. Thank you both so much for your help with our program!

Hazel from Support Restored My Legacy Plan - Outstanding Service!

I ran into a major issue after reinstalling the Bon app – my original "Early Bird" legacy free plan, which I had as a founding member, was lost and I was put on the standard free plan. I contacted support feeling pretty frustrated, but Hazel provided absolutely outstanding assistance. She understood the situation regarding the legacy plan, patiently listened, and took the initiative to escalate the issue to her team and developers.

Despite the plan being discontinued, Hazel arranged for an exception to be made and successfully got my original Early Bird plan reinstated as a token of appreciation for being an early supporter.

This level of customer service, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile to make things right is rare and incredibly appreciated. Thank you, Hazel and the Bon team!

Cara was so helpful in helping me update my settings. They have simple instructions and prewritten questions to make setting up things so fast, I really appreciate it!
I also like that you can customize the emails customers get when they earn rewards, so it fits with your brand's style and voice. The interface is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone getting their loyalty rewards set up.

Highly recommend!

Since we started using this app, the CS team (Hazel, Sophie, Cara, Tracy, Maxxie, Elliot, Anna, Chelsea, etc.) and the Development team have provided timely support whenever needed. They consistently update the app with new features, which greatly assists merchants in managing their businesses and customer relationships more effectively.

The user interface is clear and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly. The pricing is reasonable, and the overall service is excellent!

We have been using the BON Loyalty rewards app for some time now and are absolutely delighted! Setting up the app was child's play and the dashboard is very clearly laid out. We particularly like the fact that the layout can be customised, which allows us to adapt the app perfectly to our needs.

One outstanding feature is the support for multiple languages. As we have an international target group, this was a crucial point for us. All texts can be easily translated, which makes it extremely easy to use for our customers worldwide.

The integrations are also worth mentioning. The integration of our customer review app was easy to install and works perfectly. We were always able to rely on the quick and helpful support of the support and development team for various adjustments and clarifications, especially from Hazel, who gave us great support with a lot of patience and commitment. Many thanks at this point for the great service!

All in all, we can highly recommend BON Loyalty. A top app with outstanding support and great features for internationally active companies.
