This app has a great interface and features that are perfect for what I'm looking for. Customer service is excellent. I had some questions and Hazel responded quickly and was very kind.

I had been using and testing out this app for a few months now and so far, I really like that it is easy to implement and use. The service is excellent! The team is always so quick to repsond and always so helpful. And when they say they will get back to you on something, they always do so and at the fastest possible time. I am new to Bon Loyalty, using the free plan for now because my website is still under development. The live chat help is awesome, speaking to a real person. My helper Cara has been amazing to work with and helped me setup the free plan. I am excited for my clients to use this program and hopefully it'll help my business grow.
