Small update: They again helped me today set up my VIP Tiers. There were a few syncing issues, so they are fixing those quickly.
They are also building me a custom VIP experiance, Customer service is out of the world. When you have an app and can contact CS 24 hours a day, that is a HUGE bonus

I've been using the BON loyalty app for a few months now, and it's quickly become one of my go-to apps! It's incredibly user-friendly, making it super easy to track my points, discover new rewards, and see what deals are available. I love how seamlessly it integrates with my shopping, and I've already managed to redeem some great perks. The variety of offers keeps me engaged and always looking forward to what's next.
Recently, I had a small query about a specific reward I was trying to redeem. I reached out to their customer service and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Hazel. I have to say, Hazel was outstanding! She was incredibly patient as I explained my (slightly confusing) situation, listened attentively, and then went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue quickly but also to explain everything clearly so I understood it for next time.
Hazel was professional, incredibly friendly, and genuinely seemed invested in ensuring I had a positive experience. It's rare to encounter such efficient and personable customer support. She turned what I thought might be a frustrating experience into a really pleasant one.

Cara was amazing! Went above and beyond answering questions, getting to the root of the problem (which was actually not a problem with the app) and crafting a personalized how-to video for our customers. Ended up making me happy I had the problem so that I could get such a wonderful video to help customers with!

Bon has been great for our store, especially since it's so customizable and we're able to make everything fit our brand. Also, it comes at a great price compared to other loyalty programs like Smile. Additionally, the Bon staff have been wonderful with assisting us with the implementation of the program. They also work hard to complete any requests we have and make any customizations that are necessary for our store!

The BON team is amazing!
As a new business, I began building my online store on Shopify with absolutely no knowledge or experience. Among the various apps I considered introducing, I chose BON Loyalty. Because I lacked even the most basic understanding that most people have, I often found myself struggling with various settings. During those times, Sienna kindly and patiently explained everything to me in a way that even a complete beginner like myself could understand. Her cheerful and friendly support also gave me encouragement when I felt overwhelmed by unfamiliar tasks, and I truly felt supported mentally as well.
Furthermore, seeing how quickly and thoroughly the team responded—investigating the causes of issues, providing solutions, and presenting easy-to-understand resources with images—made me realize how competent the whole team is.
I believe I was able to successfully open my store this month thanks to all of you. I am truly grateful.

I have chosen Bon Loyalty for their brilliant features of offering different languages and currencies and integrating with POS, so that we can also offer customers to use the loyalty program in our store.
I am not super technical but I was able to set up most of it myself and the rest together with Bon's incredibly amazing team.
The team at Bon is far beyond the ordinary. Mila, Courtney, Mia, Sienna, Hazel and Maandy have been absolutely amazing and very patient in helping me with all my many questions and believe me there have been many. They follow up on everything and they always work to find solutions. With their help we now have the best and most beautiful loyalty program.
There are still a few small adjustments Bon can make to the POS to make it work optimally. For example, when a customer exchanges their goods, points are deducted for the goods they return but the customer does not get points for the new goods they exchange. But that is something they are working on solving.
I am incredibly happy to be able to offer my customers a great and professional loyalty program and I look forward to working with it in the future.
If you are looking for a loyalty program, then Bon Loyalty is the one you should choose in my opinion.
I can only give 5 stars but if I could I would give 10.

We couldn't be happier with this app! It is easy to use, quick to set up and has many different customization options. The biggest reason we rate this with 5 stars (and would go higher if possible) is the tremendous customer service and technical support. Cara and Mia have both gone above and beyond for us and were incredibly kind on top of everything. Cara had to deal with a myriad of random questions and hypothetical situations from me yesterday. She patiently walked me through each step, explaining not only how to deal with the situation, but also options for different ways of approaching our concerns. She also connected me with tech support on a theme issue and it was updated within minutes. Chat support can be challenging and these two lovely ladies made us feel understood and valued. Thank you both so much for your help with our program!
