FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE! The problem turned out to be me and my lack of adding correct discount for my customer. Emile with App was very understanding and had no complaints towards me. She and App get an A++++++++++++++++++++++++

The app is easy to set up and to use. Asked for customer service and Tracy gave me a service of excellence. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, she resolved the issue and also guided me through the app. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Recommended.

The BEST app for a Loyalty program! Why? Because it is the ONLY app in my knowledge where it can be translated in mutiple languages and... FREE. I would highly recommend BON to anyone looking for a very easy set up for a reward points system into their store. Emile with customer support was very helpful, professional and respectful. Overall, a great app.

Anna was super helpful and I’m surprised at the functionality from a free app! Incredibly easy set up, full customisation and points can be based on spending, sharing or signing up to marketing - which is amazing

BEST LOYALTY APP ON SHOPIFY!!! I was greeted by Emile as soon as I started customizing my loyalty widget. She was very wonderful and helpful with suggestions on how to grow my loyalty customers, how to add my social media to the rewards and also removed their brandmark all for FREE! I couldn't have asked for a better loyalty app to add to my website and I'm glad I came across Bon. Other loyalty apps I had connected to my shopify required a monthly fee just to customize it with my own brand colors. Other apps would still include their brandmark even with the cheapest monthly fee they would provide. Bon has saved me a good amount of money and I love being able to customize it to my brand colors and even add my own banner photo. Most of all, I really loved the care Emile had for my developing business, it really says a lot about a company. Bon is the way to go and you won't be disappointed.

The customer service representatives are incredibly kind and professional. Also, the app offers nearly all its features for free, causing no inconvenience at all.
