I love this app, it has what I want to do with my website earn points, redeems, referrals, and even VIP tiers, oh they are just online alsway ready to help that was so sweet and kind, highly recommended.

I have been searching for customer reward and loyalty apps in the market for some time. Most of these kinds of apps are not friendly to small businesses like me, they charge incredibly high for most useful features. Bon loyalty is perfectly fitted my needs for every feature and it is totally FREE! And the customer service is wonderful.

In the short time that I've used this app so far, I am really impressed not only with the available features and customization, but also the customer support. Great customer support is SO essential, and it helps to have that for apps which can be confusing to navigate. The BON Loyalty app is pretty easy to navigate, but my questions/concerns were answered so quickly and without hassle by Emile. Emile answered everything and more, and even pointed out something critical I was missing in my shop. That really goes above and beyond good support. And again, the app itself looks great so far. I'm excited to get it running in my shop, and I look forward to seeing what else this app and the team will have to offer!

I had a small issue regarding the widget and after being in contact with the support services it was resolved within 5 minutes. Great service so once again thanks Maxxie! Furthermore, the options of the app are great if you are looking for a loyality program. Personally would love the referal system to include more rewards for Instagram and TikTok.

This is by far the best Loyalty APP if you have a multi language store. I have tested every competitor thoroughly, and this is the only one that supports multiple languages in a seamless and easy setup.

The support is also great, and there is a lot of help if you need it, you just have to ask.
