Emile was very helpful in chatting with me as I was brand new to the app. Its a fantastic easy free app for a rewards program and I would highly recommend it to set up that program on your site to get return customers as they build rewards points

So far it has been great. I really love the way it looks on my site. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to do our own custom rewards. I would like to give points to customers for multiple shares on Facebook. The ability to do our own custom rewards would be a nice addition. The support staff (Emily) was very helpful.

Bon is an amazing app that helped our team with the loyalty program. I have no words to describe the support I have received from the Bon team, especially Emile. She has helped me with all the issues; very kind and very dedicated. For any issues, they'll respond quickly and resolve them without causing any delay. I'd recommend Bon to anyone who would like to have a royalty program on their site.

Very helpful and I can say this would be a quite perfect solution for starter websites to do the loyalty program. Just need some improvement on customizing and branding of some features
